Self-tying for Beginners
Self-tying was my first step into rope bondage. I started it as a way to manage anxiety, connect with my body, and overcome stress, enjoying surprising mindfulness benefits.
Practicing self-tying not only let me experience how rope bondage feels but also helped me quickly develop skills I now use when tying a partner.
This workshop is a great way to start your rope journey, whether you want to tie yourself or build confidence in your practice before using your skills with a partner.
Workshop’s content:
Basics of ties, knots, frictions, you'll receive expert guidance on achieving the right tension.
Exploring techniques and freestyle for every part of our body.
Self awareness excersices.
Risk and safety.
Join me in this class, and let's explore together all the different benefits that a self-tying rope bondage practice can offer.
Will be a great fun.
