We see playfighting as a playful way to make physical connections, express our inner aliveness and as a tool for releasing energy. Playfights can be sensual, sexual, primal, competitive or just friendly; you create your own experience.
For who is this workshop?
Folks with no experience, but everyone is welcome, there is always something new to lear.
This workshop is for solo participants and couples.
What to bring?
If you like to take notes: a notebook and pen.
Comfortable clothes in which you can move freely and that you feel sexy on.
Last but not least, bring a lot of curiosity and enthusiasm!!
